Terms of service

SystemTrials is in active beta. Features, challenge sets, and pricing tiers may change as the platform develops. Free access during beta is not a commitment to permanent free access — paid plans will be introduced and existing users will be given reasonable notice.

• ▸Ownership. Code you submit to challenges remains yours. Submission does not transfer ownership or license beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.
• ▸Operating license. You grant us a limited licence to store, execute, and evaluate your submissions in our sandbox environment — used only to provide progress tracking, feedback, and your personal submission history.
• ▸No public sharing. We do not publish your code or attribute solutions to you without explicit consent.

The execution sandbox is hardened but not unlimited. The following constitute misuse and will result in account suspension:

• ▸Attempting to escape the container, exfiltrate platform secrets, or access resources beyond the sandbox network.
• ▸Running submissions designed to mine cryptocurrency or otherwise abuse compute resources for purposes unrelated to solving challenges.
• ▸Scraping the challenge catalogue to redistribute, or circumventing access controls to reach paid challenges without subscription.

Service is provided on a best-effort basis during beta. Expect occasional downtime, queue delays under heavy load, and planned maintenance. Status updates are posted in-app and in the footer indicator.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

Material changes will be announced in-app and via email to the address on your GitHub account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
